1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…….15

Partner 1 does 1 movement, Partner 2 does 1 movement

Partner 1 does 2 movements

Partner 2 does 2 movements

repeat until you reach 15

Movement 1 is Russian KB Swings

Movement 2 is Deadlifts (no higher than 50% of 1 heavy)

Movement 3 is V-Ups
Must finish all of KB swings before moving on to the Deadlifts, and finish deadlifts before moving on to V-ups
