Floor Press – 8 reps

Split Squats – 8L/8R

Bent Over Rows – 8L/8R

Viking Salute (2 Rounds for reps)

5 Min on – alternate sides

Snatch, keep bell overhead, step back lunge, bring bell to front rack, then sniff some air and press the bell back up, then stand up with arm overhead.  Switch sides.

Rest 2 min

Repeat the 5 min viking series as noted above.  See how many you can do in the 5 min paying attention to form and technique.
