Inch Worm Reach and Hold (3 seconds) x 5
Side Crunches x 10 reps each side
Tuck Rocks x 20 reps
Around the World Plank: Side Plank (right and left) Forward/Backward Hips x 3 reps. Go to front plank, then side plank then backwards plank (chest up).

10 of each, then 9 of each…..
On Snatches – do 10 on one arm first round, second round do the other arm for 9, then switch arms for the 8….in other words only 10 snatches, then next round is only 9 snatches etc.
