Wednesday 12/4 Happy 1 Year Anniversary Bio Community Fitness
1 Year ago today…
I opened BIO’s doors for our first ever 5:30 am Class, and never would I have imagined what a year it has been! In this time I have seen all different types of athletes come through my doors and try to better themselves in some way. This past year I have learned so much from all of you and it has made me a better Coach/Athlete than I could have imagined to become. Everyone who has come through these doors has made this learning experience of life all the better! Here’s to another year of record breaking performances and expansion to the Bio Community Fitness Community!
