Open Gym

We will be running Open Gym on Thursdays for the next couple of weeks.

What does that mean?

At open gym you will be able to work on any lifts that you would like to, whether it be skill work or trying to find your 1 Rep Max. Also it will give you a chance to make up a workout you may have missed or one that you would like to try out again.

So come on in and bring some ideas!
