Saying Goodbye to Coach Ian!

Unfortunately this week Coach Ian left BIO for good, he is now out of the Navy and ready to start his next chapter in his life!

Even though he has left I will be forever grateful for all the help and friendship that I gained with having him here for the past 6 months. Good luck with your future endeavors and keep in touch, you are always welcome at BIO!
