This morning was pressing-intensive at BIO! If you’re doing your own thing but following along with the rest of the week, give your legs a little bit of a break today and hit some upper body pulling/pressing. Or, follow the below that some of our ladies did this AM.
1. Strength
Bench Press
10 min EMOM – 3@65%
2. MetCon
Teams of 3 Complete:
20 min AMRAP
200m Run (as team)
40 Shoulder-to-Overhead
(75/55, 95/75, 115/85, 135/95, 155/105, …in 10# jumps)
One team member works at a time during the S2OH’s. Once all 40 have been completed, team completes 200m run. Upon return, start on next 40 S2OH at the higher weight. Score is total rounds done.
