20 Min EMOM

Min 1-5 Push Ups

Min 2- 6 Sit Ups

Min 3- 7 Air Squats

Min 4- 8 Lunges (each Leg)
Every Round you increase the Reps by 2.

i.e. Min 5- 7 Push Ups
