Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    I was wondering if you were going to try this or not. Is anybody registered and planning to submit a video?

    1. Yes I will be doing it tomorrow morning. We dont have to video submit because we are an affiliate with certified judges. If you would like to come in and do the workout your more than welcome to.

        Ah, yes forgot about that. I may try to come in and see what happens but given how awkward/bad my snatch is, I don’t think I’d score very well (and i hate burpees). Going to practice snatching today so it may (or may not) build my confidence.
