In addition to the 5:30, 6:30 AM classes, BIO Functional Fitness will open up at 4:30 pm for anyone who wants to do additional skill practice (Double Unders, kipping pullups, handstand progressions, etc) before the evening classes

Strength: Ascending Shoulder Press 3,3,3,3 Push Press 3,3,3,3 Then 2 RFT 200 M Row 15 Wall Balls 15 Push Ups 15 Deadlifts 15 Air Squats

If you did not complete the OPEN WOD 13.1 Yesterday we will be completing it today! If you completed it there will be another workout!
