Bio Community Fitness 30 DAY PALEO/ZONE CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY!
This is a great way to start eating healthy!
Paleo referts to eating like our hunter gatherer ancestors. However to be apart of the challenge you don’t have to eat this way you can just do the Zone Diet which is just making sure all your meals have the correct porportions of protein, fats and carbs. You won’t reach your full potential with crossfit without nutrition. This is going to be fun and we will celebrate with a big cookout at the end of the 30 days so I hope everybody participates.
