Friday 11/7 – Grand Opening Tomorrow at Bio Community Fitness West!

Our partner location Bio Community Fitness West will be having the Grand Opening celebration tomorrow from 8am-1pm! Because of this our Saturday Class will be taking place at BIO WEST in Fredericksburg.  It will start with a group workout then we will have a little after WOD Cookout!
