5 bench press – build weight as you go (can use kb, db or bb)
Foot Proprioception Drills – 5/5/5 of using big toe knuckle, raise hill off ground then touch back down (so up and down), then go to the pinky knuckle and repeat that up/down, then the second/third toe knuckles – push through that part of the foot up/down 5x.
