Thoughts and Prayers to Maria’s family!
As some of you may know Maria’s Father has been in the Hospital for the past week, and as a community we wanted Maria to know that we are all pushing for Fonz (Her dad) on a speedy recovery!

When to the gym late last night and only three other people and myself was there. Which was good. I did a over head press to a squrt for the first time. And i feel the pain. Loved it. Thanks to you guys on my facebook page for introduction me to crossfix. I still want to go to the king George are for the free sign up class soon.
