Expect the Unexpected
If starting Bio Community Fitness on my own has taught me anything, it would definitely be that you have to always expect the unexpected. In expecting the unexpected, you are never disappointed but merely surprised. Unfortunately, some things happen without having any control over what happens. In the past few weeks, I have been having constant issues with county officials in starting the construction of our bathroom facilities, which is the only thing keeping BIO from opening. I was given different dates of completion ranging from September 1st (3 days ago) or mid September, none of which were the assured dates. Last week, I was finally able to sit down with County officials, my architect, and my contractor (all of which should have happened 2 months ago). We went over what plans they had and then I explained to them what Functional Fitness was… Needless to say, what they had drawn up was pushed to the side. After over an hour of discussion and some give and take on my part, the plans for Bio Community Fitness were FINALLY accepted.
So what does this mean to you? This means that BIO will not be open in September (I know it’s frustrating), opening is looking more likely to be in October and when I know the exact date, it will be posted immediately!
In the mean time, I will be in talks with county officials to see if it is possible to start some fundamentals classes before they are finished with construction. Since we won’t be opening on time, I’ve decided to offer everyone a deal, if you sign up within 30 days of the doors being officially open you will receive the fundamentals course FREE OF CHARGE! A little something I believe is worth giving…
If you have any further questions, please feel free to email at anytime and I will get back to you personally on any matter you wish to discuss.
