During this next cycle, when you see #RM, you should be using the # scheme all the way up– i.e. don’t hit singles up to your heaviest set of 5 today, hit sets of 5.

Extra Credit

This will be an option for people who are looking to improve weaknesses and are willing to do so outside a class setting.  You should get this work in before or after class. (Do NOT get in the way of classes currently going on.  You will probably be yelled at.  Friendly heads up!)

Snatch Technique Work

Power Snatch + Snatch Balance +High Hang  Squat Snatch – Stay below 50% of your 1RM Snatch

If you go above 50%, you will be karate chopped in the wind box.  Just kidding.

 

 

But really.  Don’t overdo the extra credit work.  It’s on top of normal classwork for a reason!
