Stimulus
– Helen style workout today. However, we’re looking for an output level that is a little more aggressive than if we were to complete Helen outright. Since there’s rest built in here we want to be aggressive with the pace.
– Pull ups should be unbroken. Only 1 set every time.
– KB should be light to moderate and unbroken. Only 1 set every time.
– The run should be a distance we can complete in 2:00.
– We are looking for at least 30 seconds of rest each round.
