Box Squat (5×5)

Sitting to a box/bench with barbell on your back

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every Minute on the Minute for as long as possible!

3 KB Swings

3 Goblet Squats

3 Sit Ups
If you complete 10 rounds, add one rep to each movement

for each additional minute.

For example minute 11 would be 4 KB Swings+ 4 Goblet Squats + 4 Sit Ups.

Minute 12 would be 5 of each, and minute 13 would be 6 of each.
