Our RunFit program is designed for the runner, to help develop core stability, speed, and mobility. To include basic Functional Fitness functional movements, running drills, and FoundationTraining. This class is perfect for the beginner and the experienced runner to improve mechanics and strength.
How Much: $75.00 for non BIO Members, and free for BIO Members
When: Starting March 17th Tuesday/Thursday at 930am!
Who can join: This class is for all levels of fitness
